What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
The best way to determine your shipping cost is to place the desired products into our online shopping cart. Proceed through the screen where address information is entered. You can review various shipping options and costs before actually placing an order or entering any payment information. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
We offer shipping Free Ground Shipping, Shipping via UPS, FedEx, Aramex, US Postal Service (USPS) and other shipping methods for International orders. You will be able to choose your shipping method at checkout.
If you have special shipping requirements, you must make arrangements with us BEFORE you place your order. We can often accommodate special shipping requests, but are sometimes unable to.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
All prices and dollar amounts on this site are in United States dollars. Ruthless Vapor Corporation accepts all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfers. You will be notified by a Ruthless Vapor Corporation customer service representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our web site. All credit cards must be valid, authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.
How long will delivery take?
In most cases your items will ship within 48 hours unless we have back orders. All orders require a processing time of 1-2 business days before shipping. Please add this to the estimated delivery times for the chosen shipping method. Generally orders will arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking numbers via email.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be advised by email that we have received your order.
You will then receive another email confirming your goods have been dispatched and the tracking number for your order.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery, however most orders arrive much sooner.
You will be contacted via email if there are any issues with your order such as goods being out of stock.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
An invoice for your order will be issued once the order has been placed. The invoice will be sent to the email affiliated with your account. In any case that the invoice needs to be adjusted, we will automatically e-mail your updated invoice once notified about the changes.
